This is a good with the book. It really helps to visually see the exercises done. She doesn't mention about tighting the buttocks and thighs though. I like the car exercises a lot since I don't really have time to do the exercises twice a day. You can do one exercise at each stop light!!! Each exercise takes about a minute to do. The exercises tone the face. Just don't get obsessed about looking 10 years younger.The obsession will never end if you do that.

FACERCISE; Natural face lift VHS - Used as directed in late 90's with excellent results - taking about 10 years off my face. Forgot about it. Put it back in a couple of years later and only had to use it a couple of days for desired results...Found it again about 3 months ago, used for 2 days - same thing. REALLY reduced the deep mouth area wrinkles after 2 days (age 70, people guess me to be around 55-60)Looking for a DVD - not found yet.....It really, really works!!
