I bought this unit in December but because it has been so cold I only used it 3 times. This weekend I tired use it time number 4 and water started gushing out of the case of the sprayer. I checked and found out that the soap siphon hose broke off at the main valve and because of this it would not work. This was not the end of the world because even new machines break once in a while.

What I can't forgive is that there is no way to make contact with Power-Washer USA. They give no phone number and they will not answer emails. They have a so called chat line but it is never up.

Thank goodness I bought the sprayer from Amazon because I called them and they are letting me send it back for a full refund. That is why I only buy from Amazon.

Update, I just got a "Gift Card" from Amazon for far less than I paid for the piece of junk. No -refund, no full payment, now Amazon is ripping me off! What a crime!

Well, I opened the box today thinking I was going to use it. It's missing both wand attachments. In the manual in large print it said "DO NOT RETURN TO PLACE OF PURCHASE" So I contacted the FAIP customer service, they said they could send out both wands. It will take 3-5 days to process the order and they will ship it UPS ground, which is another 5-10 days. I asked if they could expedite the process, they will see what they can do. Hopefully when I do get to actually use the pressure washer I will be able to come back and write an excellent review, until then only 1 star for now.

This pressure washer came quickly (thanks Amazon), but when I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that it was dirty. Then I noticed the scuff marks as if it were drug on cement. There was also water in the hose. Note that this item was labeled "New". I figured I'd try it to see how it worked. I connected the hose, turned the water on, and the water just flooded out of the bottom. Oh, I forgot to mention that when I connected the pressure hose, the threads were marred and the internals moved around as if they were broken. Needless to say, it's getting returned. Thank God for Amazon's easy, no hassle returns. I just ordered the McCulloch FHH20A 2000 PSI washer. Hopefully it comes in better condition.

This pressure washer is lightweight, quiet, and the parts of it that functioned did pretty well. It would not be for heavy duty jobs, but the low-pressure setting was fine for washing a deck, sidewalk and house. However, the wand did not function properly, and the high pressure setting was defective. I took it back, and am debating whether to try again. Handle with care, as the parts are mostly cheap plastic, probably good for occasional use.

UPDATE: I was finally able to make contact with customer service and nice a fellow named Zac called me at home and at work to assure me that the broken part replacement was sent to me. I receive the part within a week but it had no instructions on how to take the pump out of the casing (even though I request this), so I had to drill 4 holes in the bottom in order to get at the bolts holding the piece onto the pump. I haven't tried it yet but I expect that this will finally solve the problem - after several weeks and attempts to contact customer service.

WARNING: I ordered this pressure washer so that I could clean and paint my house when I had some time off. I took it out of the box and followed the directions. Water kept going everywhere. So I called customer service and they sent me instructions on how to take off the front piece and to tell them where it was leaking. The screws were so deep in the sockets that I had to go out and buy a special screwdriver to get at the screws. Turns out there was a broken plastic water feed part below the pump. Now my machine doesn't work and I'm out 10 bucks for the screwdriver. After taking off the front panel I found 2 extra pieces that came out from wherever when I took the panel off. They could have warned me to be careful - now I don't know where those parts go, I can't get the panel back on, and worst of all, customer service is ignoring my emails. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If things change and customer service finally comes through I'll let you know in this blog - but for now NO WAY are they supportive. Amazon.com will allow me to return the item but at a reduced price and I have to pay for all shipping. I hate getting screwed by these cheap Chinese made products unsupported by the distributor.

This is one great product! After reading other reviews, I must admit I was a little leery about buying this and any power washer. But, I'm glad I decided to get it. It arrived nicely packed. The book was easily read. We connected the unit and proceeded to clean the walkway, sidewalk, patios and driveway. The unit is quiet, and the handle easy to hold. It's not that heavy, easily moved to other spots as you are working. The following day, we took it to our other house and proceeded to power wash patios, sidewalks, etc. with no problem whatsoever. I have recommended this product to friends and can't wait to use it again.

So, first day of use.... it turns itself off after 10 minutes and I had 3/4 of my pool deck left to do. I let it sit for 15 minutes to 'cool off' and start it up again. It runs for 3 minutes this time, and again, it shuts itself off.
Customer support via the website is awful. I finally get a phone number and talk to a live person. I send it back and they supposedly fix it. Now it won't shut off when you release the trigger!!!!
Next stop, curbside for trash pickup!!
Is there any electric power washer that isn't made in China??? I'd sure like to know.
