Product Description

**I LOVE plants that can be neglected and still thrive well!** **GROWN ON OUR FARM HERE IN TENNESSEE** Family: Datiscaceae Plant Classification: Hardy perennial Height : 8-10ft ZONE : 5 Quite an incredible plant for the back of the border, or as a test to baffle your friends. Tall, strong cane-like stems sprouting large, pendulous, terminal sprays of creamy-yellow flowers, are clad in palmate leaves resembling, "cannabis"!...................................... Position: full sun Soil: fertile, moist, but well drained soil Rate of growth: rapid Flowering period: July - August Hardiness: fully hardy Native to Crete, Greece and the Hiamalayan Mountains where it grows along rivers in deep rich alluvial soil. Probably cultivated since the mid 17th century, when it was used for medicinal purposes and as a yellow dye source. Young plants grow rapidly to form a giant upright branching bush, whereon each flower spike is a broad pyramidal spire. Deeply incised foliage is arranged in opposite pairs, gracefully ascending the tall stems. Although individual flowers are subtle, appearing in July and August and greenish-white in colour, the overall appearance of this plant has definite 'star quality'! This plant needs plenty of expanding room, and is therefore most suited to larger spaces where it will not overshadow its neighbours. Garden care: Plants can be raised from collected seed. EASY TO GERMINATE SOW FINELY AND EVENLY. COVER THINLY WITH COMPOST OR GRIT. GERMINATE IN GENTLE HEAT OR IN A WARM BRIGHT SPOT OUTSIDE. GROW-ON INDIVIDUAL SEEDLINGS IN 3 INCH POTS BEFORE PLANTING OUT. * 15 SEEDS* #1240 * We offer combine shipping ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!****

Was confiscated from me by federal customs in Australia and I have been heavily cautioned against importing seeds without a permit , unfortunate.......

Contrary to the other review, it is not real pot. The seeds don't resemble real pot seeds at all. BUT, not one seed germinated.
