I am very pleased with my hepa filters. They fit my vacuum exactly like the previous ones I ordered from Fantom but the cost was a third of what I paid. My vacuum is working great with the new filters. I would purchase these items again when needed.

The first time I ordered this item, I was sent the wrong filters. The picture shown is the one I wanted, but not what I received. I returned the items through a Call Tag, meaning that the company paid for the return. Along with the return I sent them an actual photo of the correct filter. They, in turn, sent the wrong filters, AGAIN. Only this time they sent four of them instead of two. I contacted the company by phone and was told that apparently they did not have the filters I needed. Why was I not told that through an email or by phone. They had my phone number. I will never order anything from this company again. Very poor customer service!!!!!!
