I thought this a most thought provoking, inspiring book.The proof will clearly be in the sampling of this miracle product, as soon as my chemist is open tommorow I won't hesitate in buying kava.It is books like this that give hope to so many of us with debilitating anxiety related illnesses.The author clearly knows what he his talking about , a most useful , easy imformative guide.Kava, where were you 8 years ago !
