In contracting, I'm always looking for products of exceptional value. MXV dustmasks are as good as the 3M cool valve at about half the price. You can count on Fastcap to market innovative products at very fair prices. I also own and love Fastcaps jack of all trades, little and 3rd hand and all thier tape measures. If your serious about your work, Fastcap products should be in your truck. Matt

The quality of these masks are subpar. The elastic bands are loose fitting and break often. While the quality of these masks are lacking, the price is lower than the higher quality masks available from other brands. I definitely still prefer these masks over the expensive 3M masks without the exhale valve.

I wear one of these now when I mow my lawn. All that dust and dirt that gets stirred up was entering my nasal passages and up into my sinus cavities. As a result, I came close to getting several sinus infections. This mask keeps that dust and dirt out of my sinuses and I can breathe through the mask without it clouding up my glasses. I would highly recommend this product for people who may be prone to getting sinus infections.

Well I didn't die from dust inhalation, and that rates pretty high on my priority list, thus the 4 stars. However, I had to learn to do my poison-dust project flying blind because my glasses completely fogged up to the point that I literally had to feel my way through [Thank God, I bought the gloves.]. I would give it a three stars because of that dramatic negative, after all it was the reviews of the vent-nozzle-thing preventing eyeglass fog that got me to choose this product. However the equally dramatic pro of living to see another day outweighed that problem. 4 Stars it is. Lolz.

These are good, but you can get the cheaper at a local hardware store.
