FAVI Projector Screens

Projector Screens

All FAVI screens are made with a high-gain, matte white material, with standard black masking borders. The screen material and case are flame resistant for added safety. Each screen surface is washable for easy maintenance.

Electric Projector Screens (IR/RF Remotes)

The FAVI Electric Projector Screens feature an extremely quiet electric motor with up, down, and stop buttons as well as easy to adjust electric up/down stop limits. An infared (IR) remote control is included so you have the option of integrating the your screen with a separate universal remote control. Also included is a radio frequency (RF) remote for operation through walls at ranges of up to 90 feet--a must have feature if the screen cable and controller is installed behind a wall or in the ceiling.

The Electric Projector screens are both wall and ceiling mountable with integrated bracket design.

Fixed Frame Projector Screens

FAVI's Fixed Frame Projector Screens offer the best in class viewing angles at 175 degrees. The smooth black velvet exterior and special high tension frame structure allow for a perfectly flat viewing surface.

The quick snap design simplifies installation for the do-it-yourselfer. Integrated slotted holes slide onto the wall mounting screws to easily hang and install the screen.

Manual Pull-Down Projector Screens

The Manual Pull-Down Projector Screens from FAVI feature a durable metal screen casing and premium matte white screen material. When retracting the screen, you will feel the ball bearings at work providing a smooth transition to the desired screen height. The slide-lock technology allows for variable screen height settings.

Keyholes are built into the end caps for a flush wall mount. The steel mounting rings on each end cap allow for a variety of mounting scenarios, including temporary setups.

Tab-Tension Electric Projector Screens (RF Remote)

FAVI's Tab-Tension Electric Projector Screens allow for a truly amazing home theater experience. The screen incorporates smooth coiling technology, moving the screen up and down evenly every time. The tension technology prevents any bumps or waves in the premium matte white screen material.

Tripod Projector Screens

The Tripod Projector Screens from FAVI are designed with a durable metal casing and premium matte white screen material. When retracting the screen, ball bearings provide a smooth transition to the desired screen height. The aluminum tripod legs provide a firm, stable base during use and quickly fold away for maximum portability.

Setup and take down is quick and easy, the optimal solution in portable projector screens.

I am house poor and always looking for a great deal. This was one. The screen was much better than I expected. If you have a concern, it is any shipping damage that may occur. The screen HD-120 is very long. The outer casing could be a bit thicker as it does bend a little while your moving it and mounting it. The weight is about what I expected so there was no surprise there. I had to mount it on an angled ceiling and had to remove the brackets at each end (not an easy thing to do.). It took a plasma cutter and grinder and some paint afterwards but they turned out nicely. I made a small jig to make the brackets for my angled ceiling mounts. I had to change the power cable to make it longer. If I had a complaint it would be this. I wish the controller cables had a plugs on the outer case instead of hard wired. The remotes work ok. The buttons tend to stick when pushed and the RF remote needs a few pushes to get the screen to wake up and do it's thing. The only thing missing is a plug to have the projector control the screen. Not a big deal ... but it would have been nice. My screen is pretty darn straight. I see some complaints here and there on the straightness, but mine was done correctly. I am still working on my media room. Probably will be for some time ... but I consider this aspect done.

I was hesitant in buying a non familiar name FAVI, but by reading the other reviews and what i was looking for, this was the best bet. I was first impressed by the packaging it came in. I read a few reviws where customers boxes were beaten up and not working properly when the item first arrived. but with (retail ace) i was very happy with the packaging. Second, i was impressed by the quality of the product. The motor of the screen is very quiet. Other customers had problems with the motor being too loud, But not with FAVI. After installing the screen (which was very simple) i hooked up my ps3 to it and saw a dramatic difference in the quality. Honestly im very happy with the screen and by purchasing this great screen with such a great price you cant go wrong. Dont get confused by purcashing the $500+ screen when you can get a great product at a great price!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This screen is a great value. i am using it with the Epson 9700ub projector and the image is fantastic! i have been working in the A/V industry for 10 years, and this screen looks as good as any i've seen. my ONLY complaint is that it is very prone to wrinkles/waves. luckily, you Cannot see ANY wrinkles while watching movies with the lights off. simply incredible picture quality. the 1.3 gain gives very good performance in ambient light conditions as well.

The frame is awesome. The picture from the screen seems very good to me. The gain seems okay. From every angle I can see very little difference in gain even from the side so that is awesome. That is the good side of it.

The bad side is that the screen is light plastic. Mine had a crease in the middle and wrinkles along the edges. The rods that pull the screen tight are cheap plastic dowels. And the springs you attach pull the screen no where near tight enough to remove the wrinkles. Fortunately the wrinkles do not seem to show up while the projector is on so it suits my needs for now. But everyone who looks at the screen notices the wrinkles so I am not happy with that.

This is my first projector screen so I am not sure what quality to expect. But I had expected the screen to at least be smooth and flat.

Oh and just for the record Amazon customer service is awesome and I will buy everything through Amazon in the future.

I needed a large screen for my presentations. I read the reviews and liked what people where saying about the quality of the unit for the money you paid. I got it today and I'm dissapointed with the build quality. They use really low grade sheet metal for the screen casing and the tripod. And they cheaped out on the parts that do count which include the attachment points (plastic) where the screen attaches to the tripod, including handles, the attachment points for the moving parts like the tripod, etc. I can imagine they also cheaped out on the spring inside that keeps the screen taut and rolls-up the screen. Even the spray paint on the unit is low grade it looks like they used a paint brush to paint it on. If someone is using this as a portable unit for presentations, even if they plan on using it periodically, I can't see how this is going to last. They also ship it in a very long box that is not rigid enough for shipping. When I opened the box, the screen casing was bent, fedex must of dropped it on an object right in the middle of the unit making the casing bend out of shape. I don't think anyone you could make it any cheaper and the company who made it (made in china) should really make it better and charge more if that is what it takes to make a decent product. I would look for something in the $300 to $400 price range for something better if you're looking for a decent product. The Epson Duet 80" screen is amazing quality and is less than $150. I havent seen any design like it (rolls out horizontally not vertically). Too bad they don't make bigger versions of it.
