I placed an order for this watch on Dec. 9th for my son's christmas present. Delivery was guaranteed between Dec. 16 and Dec. 21. Today is December 27th, did not receive this item, never got an email from Brookstone notifying me that it will not be delivered, I emailed them on Dec. 20th, as to when I can expect delivery, did not get a response. Amazon.com notified me that I may not receive the watch by Christmas.They were correct. I never received it nor did I get an apology for the delay or anything at all. VERY PROFESSIONAL - NOT.
