The Anti paddle review,

I purchased two pairs of these anti paddles on the Amazon web page. Reasonably priced and cheap shipping prices. These are made from a spongey material and are a great aid for swimming. The bands around the fingers are not in the position to control the paddle at it's best. Not sure how long they will last being used in the water on a daily basis . Great aid for improving technique and using the legs more.

Not absolutely necessary, but these paddles make your "fist" drill more effective. It is supposed to feel awkward! Focus on your forearms pulling and you will begin to feel a difference in your stroke.
