I bought one of every Nexus 10 case on Amazon...this was the only case that looked good, fit correctly, and was solid craftsmanship. The speaker cut-outs, as well as all other cut-outs, are spot on and the design looks professional. The material is soft and the case protects your Nexus 10 well. See my review of the i-Blason and SupCase...they don't stack up to the Fintie case.

I bought my Fintie case about 9 months ago when I got the Nexus 10 for X-Mas. While I like the color and the protection it provides, it is a bulky case even though it says it is 'slim fit'. The auto wake/sleep feature is great when you just have to open/close the cover to do so. The stand feature is a little cheap, instead of a piece of leather with a slit cut in a way to slide the cover into it, they could have done a metal clip or something which would last longer. I fear this is going to wear out eventually and it wont be able to stand properly. My only other issue is that it is a heavy case that really holds the heat in so the performance noticeably decreases if you use it for an extended period of time and is warm to the touch. My last pro is that it works with the Pogo magnetic charger, you don't have to take the case off to use it like I've read for some other cases. I will post a photo to show that it works with the case on.

Edit 1-22-14: After a complaint by a random customer that the title was misleading, I changed to specify that the POGO charger only charges the tablet when the flip cover is open. Since the company made the decision to cover the bottom where the magnetic charger dock is rather than the power button/volume buttons on top this was inevitable. They could probably have put a cut in the cover to allow it to charge closed but what do you expect for $12-$15 dollars?

Overall a wrap up of my thoughts would come down to: nice color choice (I got orange), did not stink like the other cheap leather case I got, relatively speaking it is over-priced and low quality.

I bought 2 other cases: one that was exactly like this in design and style, but only came in black from another brand/factory/reseller.

Compared to another case of the same design (by design, I mean the way it slides into the case is identical, the way it covers the tablet is identical, and they probably used the same cut pattern for the material to wrap it.) This case is very low quality in the sense that the flaps that wrap over the edge to cover the screen bezel are flimsy. The flaps are lifting away from the tablet as if the fitment is wrong or stretched too tightly for the material to handle it. The worst part about the material is where you make it into a stand. It is stiff where it doesn't need to be and soft where it should be stiff... The portion that "folds" to create the triangle for a stand is not consistently foldable. The end result is multiple crease lines on the inside of the case - it makes the case look uglier.

The orange color was alright. Not vibrant, but not dull. It didn't smear on anything which is good I suppose. I was happy with it.

The protective design of this case and many similar to it - nonexistent. If you drop this tablet and it lands on a corner (which it almost always will) this case does not cover corners in the least bit. You have coverage against falling on the back and left/right edges. Anything else and the tablet is doomed.

Compared to one of the penny cases I bought, this had a light odor whereas the other case had a very strong odor. Smelled really bad - this one didn't.

Overall, I'd take the cheaper case I bought. I won't be using this case and at worst I'll be seeking a refund shortly.

This won't win any awards, and won't turn heads, but I use it when I travel to keep the Nexus from getting messed up. There are better ones out there, but this one served my purposes for infrequent use. Honestly for me it was all about cost.

Update: 20140722
Upped the star rating by one since the company immediately responded to my review. I don't see that to often now a days.

This is not a high end folio. It has the feel of a cheap wallet. All shiny, 'stitched' and a feeling that the finish will soon wear off. It does fit the nexus 10 well and gives easy access to all buttons' ports. Good for the short term. I will wait for a case with a bit of a padding for a softer feel.

For the price you can't beat this. It serves as a perfectly good protector with the caveat that it's not going to protect it from a big drop. It won't make your tablet impervious to damage, but it's good for probably 80% of the minor stuff that can happen. Unless you really treat your tablet roughly, this probably will suffice. The other nice this is that it doesn't really add much bulk or weight to the tablet, whereas others can add quite a bit. That's the tradeoff I guess, protection vs. weight/bulk. For me at least, this is a good enough protection with very little added weight/bulk and also an incredibly good price. The red is actually a nice color, although I guess if I had my choice I might have picked Navy. I did have a choice but for some reason different colors are priced differently and red was one of the cheaper ones. I guess my only complain is that the way you set up the "kick-stand" so that the tablet can stay upright is not as streamlined as I'd like. You need to fit one end of the case in between two flaps in order to secure it. Not the best design, but it does work, just not optimally.
