The 2-part warm-up (8 Min.) starts with large compound moves, followed by standing stretches. Alternating intervals of light dumbbells & cardio burn fat & tone muscles (23 Min.). I tried this and Tortoise as a beginner and it killed me ... couldn't even finish either one for a month but "Loved" it!!!
