As a recently promoted chief, the rules and regulations surrounding FLSA consistently gave me a pounding headache. Not to mention that it's impossible to find anything on the Internet that is coherent. Well, I'm here to tell you that this book is the answer to your prayers, it's like the Rosetta Stone for FLSA. No management or labor leader should be without a copy.

I represent public sector unions, mostly police, in Massachusetts. Will Aitchison's FLSA guide has been my first stop for any questions regarding police FLSA issues. It's really the only decent guide to 7(k) exemptions I've run across. I was excited when I saw the availablity of the new edition.
