Where do I begin... the LOOK - beautiful, stylish, sexy, fashion forward. I couldn't ask for a better-looking boot! The color is awesome! There are beautiful variations of brown tones throughout the leather. The QUALITY - the materials and craftsmanship of these boots is outstanding! From the shape of the toes, to the buckles, to the heels; the designers did not overlook one detail! COMFORT - I didn't have to break the boots in as I wore them all day without any problems. They FIT true to size, but since I wanted to wear them with thick boot socks, I ordered 1/2 size larger. I wear an 8, but ordered an 8.5, instead. Keep in mind that if you use Mink Oil; it may darken the leather. To protect and condition the leather; apply a couple coats of Bick 4 on the exterior of the boots. Then, wipe and buff with a soft, clean cloth. Your boots will love you for it!

I waited until I could afford to splurge on these boots...when I finally got them, I couldn't have been happier. I find they fit true to size and the workmanship is wonderful. I think these boots will be an addition that I'll never regret getting.

These boots are so very comfortable. I have a bad foot and they work great. They are wide enough and the heel is low enough that I can wear them all day either with long skirts, dresses, pants, or jeans. I absolutely love Frye boots. Thank you Christine McCready

I've been wanting these boots for a long time and finally pulled trigger on getting them. Because of other reviews I've read, I knew that lot of people reported that they ran small and I ordered two sizes. I normally wear an 8 and occasionally a 7.5. I ordered 8 and 8.5. The 8s were very difficult to put on so I kept the 8.5s. But after wearing them a few times and giving them a chance to break in a little (these are really stiff boots that you'll want to spend some time breaking in before you do a lot of walking), I think I might have been better keeping the 8s. The only solace I take in keeping the larger size is that I can always wear thicker socks with them and my feet are only going to get bigger as a I age, and I intend to wear these boots for the rest of my life (the only way I can justify the cost). I partictularly love the color of these, which is a very dark brown that works equally well with a black outfit as it does with other colors.

I ordered the FRYE Veronica Shortie in black leather and was absolutely delighted when I opened the box and put on the boots. The style really is a feminine motorcycle boot that looks adorable with jeans as well as skirts. I'm not a motorcycle woman, I'm an English teacher, and these boots are just edgy enough to look hip. They are extremely comfortable too. I recommend these boots to women of all ages and styles. They are fun!

I love these boots. I have a hard time wearing boots because of my calves. These were perfect. Not to hard to break in. Got my boots in the mail and wore them the next day. I would order Frye boots again. They look really great on my feet. Thankyou J from San Antonio Texas.

Fantastic boots. I deliberated for a long time on whether to splurge on these boots and was also slightly apprehensive about purchasing from an international online company, only because of the high risk of size and style not being suitable. I live in Australia and was very nicely surprised when my delivery arrived much sooner than estimated. These boots really are a work of art and are incredibly comfortable. Very nice to wear. I will say that the sizing is quite small, they fit perfectly but the size I ordered usually allows me to wear thick socks and insoles in Winter. If you're the same, go up a half size.
Already considering a savings plan for my next pair of Frye's!

The size is accurate with thin socks; the fit is good & comfortable. The boots require a break-in period--carry band aids. I like the coloring of the leather, they have a brown, worn look.

THESE BOOTS ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! I ORDERED THE BUTTER COLOR. THE LEATHER IS SO SUPPLE & THE SMELL HITS YOU AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BOX, THE COLOR IS FANTASTIC & THE SOLE IS VERY CUSHIONED. HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE!! THEY RUN SMALL, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY TRAGIC BECAUSE BY THE TIME I RECIEVED THEM THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE SIZE I WOULD ACTUALLY NEED TO ORDER SO NOW I CAN'T HAVE THEM & I AM HEARTBROKEN & VERY ANNOYED. I HAVE A NARROW FOOT, I NEVER HAVE TO ORDER A WIDE WIDTH & I ALWAYS WEAR AN 8 1/2 UNLESS THE SHOE RUNS SMALL-I DEFINITELY NEED A 9 IN THESE. THIS WEBSITE DOESNT REALLY MENTION HOW THEY FIT I NOTICE, BUT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER STATED THAT THEY FIT TRUE TO SIZE & I TOOK HER WORD FOR HER-BIG MISTAKE. I NOTICE IN THE SAME STATEMENT SHE ALSO SAYS SHE ORDERED A 1/2 SIZE BIGGER (SO HOW WOULD SHE KNOW, RIGHT?)-UGH, WISH I'D THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE HAND. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER A 1/2 SIZE BIGGER THEN YOU NORMALLY WEAR THE FIRST GO ROUND & IF YOU HAVE A WIDE FOOT THEN WHO KNOWS. WORST OF ALL, I HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF SHIPPING TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE AMAZON DOESNT CONSIDER THIS A "THEIR FAULT" RETURN. WHAT A SERIOUS BUMMER!
