Perfect
This powersupply was the wrong type for the computer I ordered it for, but It looked like it would work awesome. :-)

Good replacement - BUT - and it's BIG!
The connecting cables for each device are considerably shorter than the stock power supply. While it will work just fine you will find it impossible to connect all the devices until you partially close the clambshell. Otherwise it works fine.
