One Caveat For The Collector...,

Although this CD is nicely done, and the orchestral versions are quite good, I find it puzzling that on a musical tribute to Barry Gray, they decided to include a suite of two themes written for the second season of Space:1999 by composer Derek Wadsworth. Barry Gray was not involved at all in 1999's second series, and was replaced by Wadsworth. An odd choice for a CD marketed specifically as Gray's music only.

Good renditions of the original Thunderbirds themes,

This CD includes themes from Thunderbirds, Space 1999, Joe 90, Stingray, UFO, & Captain Scarlett. However, the second half of the CD has many (7) themes from the Thunderbirds-- one of the better CDs for Ganderson collectors. The music although not the original recordings is very well done, with orchestral accompaniment very close to the originals. Well worth the money.
