This chair fell apart within 2 days. The assembly was a nightmare, the pieces did not fit together well and had to be forced, it ended up taking an hour and a half to get it put together, and the person assembling it for me is an engineer! within a day the plastic around the seat started to pull out revealing staples that cut my son's leg. I e-mailed the seller and I was told that they would not refund or exchange the chair, but said they would send me a "replacement part" like the plastic strip that had come loose. Because the original was attached with huge staples I would have had no way to replace the strip myself.

I originally bought the chair because it was inexpensive, and in this case I definitely got what I paid for.

I purchased the chair in which it came in damaged. I called the company looking for replacement parts. It took at least two weeks for them to arrive only to find out that it could not be assembled due to the manufacturing. I called the company again and they sent more replacment parts. The only way to put the chair together was to modify the parts. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. It was way too much work for what it is!!!
