leather repair kit rip off,

This stuff looks good after you apply it.
Then, after the first use it cracks and after a few days it is completely broken and gone. $10 is not much but for this product it is a complete waste of time and money nonetheless.

I was not pleased with how this worked on my couch. It stayed "tacky" for hours, and the texture match was not even close.

You really have to be talented in a handicraft kind of way to be able to work with this kit. Now I just have a big glue stain on the front of my couch. It's very messy. The instructions are vague and full of typos. I would not recommend it.

After spending 1/2 hour trying to get the color semi-close to the desired, applying the adherent is to a small burn hole is almost impossible. The final look of the repair is considerably worse looking than the original hole I wanted to repair. Don't waste time or money on this turkey!!!

Repair,

It did not work as well as I thought it would. You can see the repair worse than the hole. I followed the directions to the letter. It looks horrible. I will take it to a upholstery repair place for the small hole I thought would be repaired by this product. I will not recommend this product.

Liquid Leather Fabric Upholstery Repair Kit,
By B3 (Toronto, Canada) - See all my reviews It's not cheap, but still much cheaper than to go to "professionals" that propose to change your whole car seat upholstery to repair cigarette burn (estimates that I got from them start from $200).

Easy to use, fill damage with adhesive, pack down matched color into wet adhesive, allow to dry (24 hrs) for best results. Used this Kit to fix a cig.burn on friends truck. Great results! Of course I have used this product many times, but it does not require any prior experience.

Not too bad,

I was skeptical about how the repair would work on the seam of the truck seat that I climb into and out of regularly. Has held up great for a few weeks.

CAR SEAT,
It was easy to use. I followed the cheat sheet on how to mix colors to match and found it took about 5 min time. That was the hardest part but not really all that hard to do. You can not even tell that there was a burn mark. I fixed small holes and a large hole. You really have to search to find the patch. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Unbelievable how it matches up the fabric.
