FABULOUS AFTER 50 taught me how to AGE OUTSIDE THE BOX.

The title in itself is intensely exciting. The information within, while concentrating on women, is a good reference for men in getting to know women better. For a woman, it covers many issues concentrating on how to live better in the second half, and those unanswered female quotions. I myself just reached that threshold, the Golden Fifty, and found this book to be interestingly educational in confronting the more important issues at hand for the second part of life. It's like graduating from High School and entering that College door !
I would recommend this book to anyone who is questioning what they should plan for, for their next 50 years...

What a wonderful and informative look into aging! Shirley Mitchell and Jane Rubietta boldly face what we often deem "the mid-life crisis" with grace and vitality using educational references to menopause, nutrition, and the mind and body spiritual influences to enlighten those of us hitting the big "50" mark with reservations.

Full of life, energy and inspiration, I found myself easily caught up with the concept that I can live better, look better and feel better. Combining knowledge with inspiration, faith and motivation, I feel virtually revived knowing I'm not alone and don't have to fear growing old but instead, I can live life to the fullest. My only regret is that I didn't read this book before I turned the "Golden 50"!

An excellent read for all women, no matter the age, because you can use the knowledge you will gain from this book to prepare for that eventual turning point in your life. You can begin looking and feeling better now! Bravo! Indeed it is an "Awesome time to be Fabulous After 50"!
