Love this DVD!!! The instructor is great--personable, encouraging, and easy to follow. Great for at home use--no equipment needed. While the steps are not difficult, it still provides a great workout. I would highly recommend!

I have a family history of heart disease. So, I thought I should finally do some aerobic exercise. I picked Fabulous Forever Easy Aerobics because it said EASY and I'm just getting started at 52. There's an information section in the front that answered just about all of my questions and the workout progressed at a pace I could follow. Mirabai makes you feel like she knows you and what you're going through. When she said it was going to be fun and I said yea right, but it actually is. Great video

very nice workout, easy to follow and you can work at your own level. seems as if Maribai assumes you know the basics of posture (hold in your tummy, don't lock your knees, etc). highly recommend this video to anyone who hasn't worked out for awhile and is trying to get back into shape.
