This book spreads Dr. Weinberg's message of healing through the form of a fantasy novel. To Face a Dragon is well-formed and imaginative. I love the Beowulf-type names for people representing various healing principles. His tropes remain constant, and the entire book succeeds in first capturing attention then inspiring readers to begin their own inner quest. Like Weinberg's A Clear Path to Healing, the theme deals with health as more than simply a physical journey. It depicts a well-rounded person, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was captured from the very beginning! A must-read for anyone on their own Healing Quest, whether they are taking their initial steps or continuing their lifelong journey!
