I'll be honest and say I don't know anything about the second "LP" on this CD, but I know the 1st one(Face the Music).
It just totally shreds. The guitar sounds ready to burst through it's amp. The distortion is blissfull. The rhythms are dizzying. The vocals are frightening. If your're familiar with this stuff when it was on vinly, you'll of course get it now. Those unfamiliar with this style of thrashy punk may be overwhelmed by the sheer violent earth ripping, mind popping, adrenalin inducing, monster noise made by these guys. I also recommend their later releases which are completely different funky hobo guitar leaden rock. |
