Editorial Reviews

From the Author

"The Lord's face shone brighter than a thousand suns, and the Glory of Innocence, Love, Ecstasy, Peace, Power, Beauty, Wisdom and Grace were inescapable and even brighter than the light the Lord beholds. It was nearly impossible to gaze upon Jesus' face for more than a second each glance. As I was unable to stand, fallen at the Lord's feet, the Lord delivered this message to me and all of humankind." - David Sereda

About the Author

David Sereda (born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) was first introduced to meditation by his father, Dr. Lynn Sereda (Psychology, U.C. Berkeley), when he was 13 years old. This began a deep and lasting quest to find God and the answers to many of life's most perplexing questions. He has met and studied with many Hindu, Buddhist, Native American and Christian teachers, while maintaining a daily meditation practice for over 17 years.

David has worked mainly as an environmentalist. He has planted over 900,000 trees in British Columbia, Canada, helped clean up oil spills, and direct the L.A. - based "Tesla Foundation" which promoted scientific discoveries for a better environment. He was president of the Green & Blue Corporation, trying to bring eco-technology projects to private investors and corporations, and was president of HiEnergy Microdevices, a small company developing leading-edge technology for the detection of buried landmines.

Sereda's description of his visions of Christ are very convincing and are in harmony with biblical scriptures that describe encounters with the Lord Jesus in His glorified body (see John, Mark, Ezekiel, Daniel, Moses, etc...). His alleged revelation of what happens when we die - either undergo the traumatic cleansing by the Holy Spirit or run in fear of spiritual death is brilliant, and somewhat backed up in 1 Cor 3:15 (fire can be equated with the Holy Spirit). Sereda also says that there are many ways and disciplines to God's kingdom and the heavens, and that the bottom line is spiritual growth through love. He attempts to correlate and reconcile many Hindu, Buddist, Gnostic and Christian teachings, based on his belief as Jesus Christ as God (but not necessarily Savior/Messiah). He is also a dedicated environmentalist - interesting how Jesus supports all Mr. Sereda's beliefs...

This book was truly a 5 star book. I have had visions on The Lord through out my life time this is what pulled me to pick up Mr. Sereda's book. It truly was moving and touched my soul. It confirmed my thoughts on Jesus being God. Also that Mother Mary is a powerful, caring, energy that works with her Son to try and help souls. Jesus is very real and with us.. Enjoy, great book!

David Sereda is an out-of-the-box fellow with an interesting story. He's the guy who "discovered" Pamela Anderson in Canada and got her started on her career. He's not just concerned about the earth while sitting on the couch watching TV...he's planted tens of thousands of trees in the PNW. He's dedicated a large part of his life to meditation, and spiritual instruction from some of the "big names" within the more esoteric traditions. David is also a recognizable name in the UFOlogy community. In this book, he focuses primarily on his spiritual encounters, with a Being he identifies as Jesus-Christ, in non-consensus reality (primarily through meditation, but not always). He tells us enough of his story to give everything a context in terms of his life path, and then transcribes the messages that he received. If you're interested in this sort of thing, you might like this book. He does mention some of his experiences with "aliens," but it's not the main focus. Primarily, as the title suggests, it's mostly Jesus he's trying to understand, and his experiences with him that he's centered on. Fundamentalist Christians are probably not going to like it, though they'd probably be best served by reading it. Buddhists might find it interesting, because in some ways his interpretation of Jesus is rather Buddhist (Mahayana - "three bodies" teaching, for e.g.). Folks with interests in transpersonal psychology, might find it interesting in terms of a personal account of heavy-duty transpersonal encounters.

I heard David Sereda on the show Coast to Coast AM. He spoke very eloquently on the subject of physics, singularity in particular. I looked on Amazon to see if he had any books for sale on physics, and I found this book on a totally different subject. This guy is smart, very smart. He was a student of eastern religion, then became a Christian, which isn't a very cool thing to do in the eastern religion circles. He spoke on Coast to Coast to 10 million listeners about physics, and he didn't even have a book to sell. He doesn't seem to be in the media for money, and he certainly didn't get any glory from becoming Christian. Based on those facts, I think he really did meet Jesus face-to-face. I learned some things from the book, and it's also a fun and easy read.

I learned so much from this book. This is a must read. It shows that
there is a Goddess part of Jesus. It also tells how we were all created.
After reading this, I went back to believing in Jesus again fully.
The author tends to repeat himself a lot and his writing style is not
super, but the contents makes up for it. Not everyone is a great writer,
but what he tells us we really need to know. Buy this book for your
souls sake.

The first few pages of reading I thought to myself that I was not going to like this book, however, I was determined to keep on reading. As I read along, I really started to like the book a lot. It has changed my entire outlook on other religions. As the author stated, "We all pray to the same God, just under different names." The only part I had some trouble believing was the last chapter on the UFO experience. If he had left this out, the book would have been perfect. I do recommend this book. It was a pleasure to read and I will read it again.

Haven't read this book but I did skim through it. Throughout the entire book Sereda quotes the Bible which was a total turn off for me. It is my own personal belief that the Bible is totally untrue. I bought this book to get an alternative perspective about Jesus, not support the same pack of lies mankind has been fed about Jesus for the last 1700 years. I love his take on a whole other range of New Age topics which is why I bought this book. I will read completely and revise my review accordingly.
