Face2Face is main book everyone that is in business should own. David Lee King makes is easy and simple to understand the principles of being human in the digital world and the consequences if you are not. He will take you step by step about the most important tools available to you if you want your business to be successful in the digital world. Face2face is very easy to read and you can learn a lot when you finish reading it. If you are reading this review then you are likely doing business online, whether is buying or selling, face2face explains blogs, Facebook accounts, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr. It also helps you to interact with the "difficult" customer online that writes not so pleasant business reviews or does not approve what you do. I am studying Digital Marketing and this book is going to be my new reference book.
