The greatest album almost no one heard!!!, September 3, 2009

Drill 187 hail from Raleigh, NC...They came on the scene back in 1999 with a great 5-song EP that got them allot of attention and set the ball rolling....Then in 2002, they self-financed and released their ultimate cd "The Faceless Majority"....and it set the music world on fire!! This album is excellent from the first song to the last, my personal favs being "Scrape it Off", "187", "Shine" and "Snakebite"...This album got them signed to major management with Rick Sales(Slayer, Hed PE) and after that with John Tovar(Marilyn Manson)...and they were just one breath away from signing the major record label deal when the stress of pushing the band caused their breakup in 2004...Now flash to 2009 and the Drill boys are BACK and signed with a new indie label!! And "The Faceless Majority" album will be re-released for digital download on Sept. 29th worlwide and a brand new album will drop a few months after that...If you dig heavy music with big, catchy vocal hooks similar to Sevendust, Godsmack, Drowning Pool and others, then take just a few minutes to google this band and check out their tunes and video's on their Myspace page...You'll be glad you did!! Rock ON!!!
