I truly LOVE this book. I read it purely from an aesthetic viewpoint - in other words, I wanted to make sure my face did not "go south" too soon. As is turns out, I started to feel much more relaxed all over RIGHT AWAY. Now I will be happy if my face does "lift" ever so slightly. Really though, feeling so much more relaxed is a wonderful thing. I practice my "facelift" exercises in the middle of the night if insomnia comes, and I go right back to sleep. What more could you ask??Myrna Martin |
