FACES OF DEATH, possibly the most notorious collection of purportedly real deaths caught on camera, has not only garnered a huge cult following since its release, but also helped launched an entire genre, that of the real life disaster video. Collected here are FACES OF DEATH II and THE ORIGINAL WORST OF FACES OF DEATH, a collection of scenes from early episodes of the series. Some of the grotesque death scenes, which range from the obviously fake to the disturbingly real, include: napalm bombings in Vietnam, Cambodian lepers, a driver high on PCP, a parachutist landing in a crocodile pit, and a horrendous accident on the Autobahn.

Just watched the movie. Wasn't as impressed with the movie as I thought that I would be. Some of the scenes that they show, really are not any worse then you see on the evening news. Somewhat amateau in the editing of the film. One scene was repeated in the movie. Not sure what the point was in that. Wouldn't really recommend the movie, but perhaps the first one is better. If your interested in seeing what all the hype is about, go ahead and get the movie, preferably a used copy.

Avoid part two of the quadrilogy, the first is a classic and three and four are pretty good too. The second video that is what they call the worst of the films isnt put together good. There are so many better death scenes than what they put in there. Stick with part one or four.

OK, so some scenes are made in the studio. But if your a Faces of Death fanatic, this is a great sequel to the original. Rememeber, the fake scenes are to show us that this type of death does exist. So dont knock it. In fact , that reminds me, I need to place my order for Faces of Death III !.I just love this deathly saga!!. Until we meet again, here, or in the hereafter!!. C-ya.
