Book Description

July 1, 2004
Type Theory as postulated by Carl Jung over a hundred years ago is about the psychological growth a person can experience. The facets of a person's psychological makeup can be identified by an advanced instrument originally developed by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs. This unique publication helps the reader to identify and develop those psychological skills that are not as natural to them organized by the facets portion of type theory.

You can now direct your own psychological development!

This approach is particularly useful for people having identifiable problems at work or at home in changing their habits to meet other people's needs and still retain their basic personality.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great breakdown of the facets that make up type, March 19, 2007
By

This review is from: Facets of Type: Activities to Develop the Type Preferences (Paperback)
This book provides a useful breakdown into the different facets of personality type providing around 15 different facets of each of the types in MBTI theory. The breakdown of these is excellent. There is a list of development activities that provide you with a good starter for 10 - although they are pretty much common sense.

Overall a good book if you wish to delve into the facets of type.
