An easy read, the Facial Analysis Diet typed me down to the last detail. It even told me, for my type, a major medical condition for one of my grandparents! Once I graduate college in May, I will begin the diet. I am having some trouble finding a specific mineral it recommended. I like the simplicity of its strategy for weight loss: a concentration on a few specific foods for my type. Should be easy to follow. Kate Winslet does NOT write an introduction in this book. But it is my understanding she did use this diet when she lost over 50 pounds after her last child was born. Worth the read. An eyeopener.
