This is a compact little facial sauna/ vaporizer combo! It heats up quickly and is simple to use. It is very helpful in cleaning one's pores when using it as a sauna. It is very helpful to unclog ones nose when used as a vaporizer! This item comes with a special vaporizer attachment which is very comfortable and pleasant to use! The only disappointment I have with this item is that the directions tell us not to put medication in the little cup, only water. I would of liked to put some Vicks in, when I use it for my sinus/ allergy condition. I am afraid to try this, I guess if the directions say not to do it, I will break my sauna/vaporizer. :-(

I have wanted one of these for a long time, but decided to get one for my friend. She has many sinus infections....what a help this was and a great way to spoil a friend. The steam is soothing and refreshing. Great for anytime you want to rejuvenate your skin and spoil yourself.

We purchased this about 2 years ago and faithfully get it out of the cupboard when we are down with a cold or flu. We do not use it so much as a facial steamer or pore "opener-upper", but more as a personal vaporizor. It does, however, leave your skin feeling great which is a nice treat when you're sick! It is a nice product, and I do recommend it to any who are interested in this purchase. The only drawback or annoyance would be the small amount of water it holds, not that big of a deal but if it were bigger, the steam would last longer, and you wouldn't have to fill it so often. *TIP* Keep a tall glass of water close by for quick refills! Overall, though, a great product.

I've had mine for a long time, but use it infrequently. It's a bit of a pain because it runs out of water for the steam really fast, and unless you use distilled water, it's prone to scale. Also, the steam concentrators are seated very shallow and are easy to knock over. I'm surprised I haven't broken them yet. Aside from that, the facial sauna is a nice thing to have for a variety of uses. I'm just keeping an eye out for one that's more stable.

MY MOM'S OLDER NOW BROKEN FACIAL SAUNA WAS THE BEST..LOTSA STEAM..WIDER FACE GUARD..THIS ONE IS SLOW, VERY LITTLE STEAM..MAY BE MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT, BUT NOTHING COMPARED TO THE SCHICK OR KAZ MODELS FROM THE 70'S OR 80'S!!

I love this product! I had one but it broke when I dropped it. I was so happy to find another. It is very soothing and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for relieving sinus pressure. The amount of steam is just right.

This works O.K. but I wished I had not purchased it. There is not much to it and takes a while to heat up. I only used it twice and I am going to get rid of it.
