About the Author

Celma Pinho Perry has served as the Director of Montessori Education Centers Associated since 1965, while preparing teachers, lecturing, and consulting internationally. She is the Educational Director of the MECA-Seton Teacher Education Program and is the founder and director of the Seton Montessori School, the Montessori Infant & Toddler Community, and the Montessori Children’s House. Her published works include:

- The Cosmic Approach: Social Sciences for Children 0 to 6 Years Old
- A Montessori Curriculum for Children 0 to 6 Years Old
- Facilitating a Montessori All-Day Program
- Facilitating a Toddler Program

Ms. Perry is an AMS consultant and presenter, a NAEYC speaker, and an international lecturer. She is an expert in preparing Montessori environments and in starting and administrating both private and public Montessori schools around the world.
