"Facing Changes" from Hangnail has a light pop-punk sound that is truly spirutal and uplifting to listen to. "Facing Changes" is an album that every song is basically good. So you can't lose. "God will always be here..."

Yep. They're pretty good.,

Their music is pretty good and stuff, but the reason for me giving them a three is because all of the songs basically have the same tune running the whole time. I have had this CD for a while now and I still can't define one song from another. It's good for my collection, but I'm just saying that it is not the BEST. The best tracks are "All that I wanted" and "With Hands Tied (Behind My Back)."

Good CD... Looking forward to seeing them perform live...,

Ordered this cd because I will be going to see them perform live at the Creepy Crawl in St Louis. Have enjoyed the cd, it grows on me each time I listen to it. A lot of the songs sound the same to me still but I expect that will diminish as I get more familiar with the songs. Many of the lyrics promote positive Christian ideas. If you like this kind of music then this is a cd that you don't have to worry a whole lot about whether or not you are eating cookies with chocolate chips in them or cookies with just a little bit of dog dooey mixed in to them (if you get my drift!).

Hangnail-Facing Changes,

If you liked Hangnail's first disc-you'll like this one.The songs aren't as a agressive but are more intricate and the vocals definitly sound better. The solos are fewer-but the ones that are really hot.Hangnail should be proud of their work.

It seems all punk bands are maturing into a pop drivin melodic sound. I think it is all for the better!! They have just the coolest sound in christain punk. This c.d. is similar to the last one but the intros and the fast pace guitar isnt as jerky and stuff its alot more awsomerer shall I say, it is a must get!!! plus the accoustic EP is awe inspiring

The LE of "Facing Changes" by HANgNAIL contains the entire "FC" album and the second disc is called "The Acoustic EP" which contains acoustic versions of some songs off of this and their first album "hangnail" here's a track list of this 6 song disc:1. Double Standard I love acoustic versions of songs (my new favorite acoustic version of a song is P.O.D.'s "Alive" available only on the Limited Editon of Satellite in stores now!) so this bonus disc is a welcome addition to include in this set. But I don't think the LE is available any more (with the exception of a Christian book store, which is where I got mine), but if you're not a fan of acoustic songs, then don't bother picking up the LE, get the one off of Amazon.com. Anyway, the Facing Changes CD is very very good. HANgNAIL has matured in their ability to play music. HANGnAIL was their first album which had a Blink taste to it. Facing Changes shows that their music playing ability still rocks! The first disc contains 12 songs that runs around 30-40 minutes. Anyway, pick up a copy of this album. Its worth it. Plus if you don't have it already pick up the debut album HANgNAIL.

This cd is really cool. It is a two disk album. If you like to play or listen to really fast guitar then you should think about getting this cd. On one disk you have the electric and on the other you get some really cool acoustic stuff. I'm genrally more of a rapcore guy but I just had to have this cd. Peace out y'all!!!

This is a middle of the road pop punk cd. Doesn't really stand out, but doesn't fall behind the trends. It sounds cool, but it's all been done before....for some standout punk, try Relient K's the Anatomy of the Tongue in Cheek. Much better.
