5.0 out of 5 stars The best anxiety cure I ever found, May 15, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Facing Fear, Finding Courage: Your Path to Peace of Mind (Paperback)
I have suffered from anxiety all my life, and have even consulted therapists, without much progress. But this book--every time I read a chapter, I calm down. Doing the exercises is even better. The authors tell you, in a way that somehow communicates to me, that EVERYBODY HAS FEARS AND UNCERTAINTY--AND YOU CAN LEARN TO COEXIST WITH IT. Not just survive--actually enjoy living at least most of the time. This beats heck out of trying to hide it in the closet or sweep it under the rug, which takes a lot of energy and keeps it on your mind all the time! I wish every anxious person could read this book.
