Format: Paperback
This book gives you relaxation techniques, and also proposes a pretty unorthodox idea. Basically, the main idea of the book is that you should expose yourself to situations that cause you panic without trying to relax or block anxious symptoms and thoughts. You face the feared situation without "safety crutches" and your body will learn to deal with panic and you will realize that your worst fears about what would happen in the situation weren't true.

I've only been trying the methods for a while, but it seems helpful in getting control of panic/anxiety.

Book was as described. Useful to me. There are numerous charts and excellent exercises to help create and therefore manage anxiety/panic attacks.
