I first heard about Aphasia about a year and a half ago, and ever since that very first hearing..I've been hooked like none other. This band has such a passion for the music they make, and it really shows in the awesome quality of this album. Jeff's unique vocals are so strong and powerful in songs like Flatline and Release (This We End Tonight), but soft and soothing in songs like Push for New and Compromise. The combination of these four boys from the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California is the perfect mix of talents, commitment, and brotherhood, and that puts Aphasia on such a higher level than any other band out in the music scene today.

My friend and I saw Aphasia when they had a show at up at Berkeley. We loved their sound and we were even nerdy enough to go up to all of the band members and get their autographs because we knew that they would be big in the future. Suffice it to say that I'm glad that their album has come out so everyone can hear what an awesome band they are. My favorite songs have to be Push for New and Flatline.
