This review is from: The H Factor Solution: Homocysteine, the Best Single Indicator of Whether You Are Likely to Live Long or Die Young (Paperback)
Control of Homocysteine is an easy matter compared to cholesterol for vascular health and for health in general, much cheaper than drugs.I lowered my "H" from 13 to 7 in 3 mos.by following the protocol in this book.Values should be below 6.blood tests can determine this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great guidance for improved health, January 7, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The H Factor Solution: Homocysteine, the Best Single Indicator of Whether You Are Likely to Live Long or Die Young (Paperback)
Patrick Holford emphasizes the importance of reducing harmful Homocysteine in the body to improve health and prevent some future illnesses. Homocysteine is such an important and useful marker of disease and inflammation, that it is in every person's best interests to know their levels and reduce them. I have used his principles for 4 years and have extrapolated his advice to reduce my migraines from 12 a month to perhaps 2 or 3 if any at all. I would recommend this amazing book with all it's priceless advice to anyone who suffers from stress, cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases.

4.0 out of 5 stars Stockman, September 1, 2008
This review is from: The H Factor Solution: Homocysteine, the Best Single Indicator of Whether You Are Likely to Live Long or Die Young (Paperback)
Though the publication is a bit dated now (2003), it contains a wealth of valuable information about regulating homocysteine and its relationship to major chronic illness such as stroke, heart disease, cancer etc. Fairly easy to read, though at times technical explanations are a bit difficult to wade through, but nevertheless, worthwhile.
