I am very happy with this Bosch. I had previously borrowed a friend's Makita which seemed finicky to attach and detach bits, requiring a twist that didn't always work (perhaps it was due to worn out rubber collar). By comparison bit changing with the Bosch is very quick and easy (push the bit in and it locks, pull the collar back and the bit pulls out). The case is ample sized with clips to hold several bits and plenty of room for more. Don't know what else to say, it just works.

When I bought this tool, the discription said it was reconditioned but it looked brand new out of the box. Great tool at a great price.

Hammer-Drill mode handles concrete like a dream. More finess than brute force, but they must have picked the frequencies that get it done.

Hammer-only mode destructed a substantial brick wall backed by cinder blocks with reasonable effort. Previously I would have only tackled with an air chisel, but decided to give this tool a try. Not as noisey and no air compressor running in the background.

I like the quick insert/release chuck.

Bought the sds plus model w/ a 17 price bit set. Haven't tried the drill bits but the chipping bits seem to be working well to chip brick and concrete. 2 day shipping was part of the deal and everything was right on!
