This review is from: Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW959K-2R 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit (Tools & Home Improvement)
One of the top tools in the DIY market; it is not a disappointment. DeWalt commands a premium price and even these reconditioned units are pricy. But the tool delivers on all the promises. The only drawback for me is the reversing switch. It is easily placed in a neutral position and doesn't seem to have a positive enough detent in either forward or reverse.

This review is from: Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW959K-2R 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit (Tools & Home Improvement)
Purchased a Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW959K-2R 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit. It is a great buy for the price it was listed. 60% off a brand new one but it works as great as a new drill. Great savings, fast shipping!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Solid Piece of Equipment, October 20, 2007
This review is from: Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW959K-2R 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit (Tools & Home Improvement)
Have to agree with the comment that the reverse switch sometimes goes to neutral instead of where you want it. Except for this, what you have here is a typical DeWalt tool: a professional-grade, well-made, powerful workhorse you will find yourself using constantly. Pricey, but buy with confidence . . . and use DeWalt drill bits to maintain the integrity of the tool.
