I've had my oven for over three years, and I've never had issues with it. The convection feature is great; it really cuts down cooking time. I also love the digital features on it. These features aren't typically found on toaster ovens. It beeps once it's heated, and you can use the timer on it for cooking. It cuts off automatically once the timer is done. The pull-out tray at the bottom provides easy clean-up. I also have the optional dehydrator kit and pizza stone for it.

The reconditioned Delonghi Airstream came fast in pristine condition & is a great deal.

It's black front aerodynamic look is modern & stylish.

Uncomplicated - in 15 min after removing from the box, I had frozen shrimp and fish sticks nicely crisp & crunchy using the well lit convection auto shut off 1 hr+ timer which is silent w/ pleasant shut off "ping ping".

When toasting I can see the bottom of the bread browning from the shiny removable crumb tray. perfect golden brown toast took 4 mins.

The counter didn't feel hot underneath afterwards.

The sides are cool during toasting/baking. The top is hot enough to warm rolls for dinner.

Pull down Handle is on the side so knuckles don't touch the hot glass as many reviewers warn in all other brands.

Two racks are rare for toaster ovens; cookie sheets unheard of (2 come with it). Racks are heavy duty like our big oven's. I used an 8inch heavy skillet with no problem! the optional rack handle will be nice.

Consumer Reports ranked it 2nd, and BEST BUY.

It's sharp-looking, low impact on the counter w/ a cord wrap on the back. The clock keeps exact time with my microwave & was easy to set.

This is my 3rd or 4th little oven & 10x the BEST! Will report back if I come across any problems.

Apparently, some folks had a bad experience with reconditioned Delonghi toaster ovens, but from our experience, the product works great, looks brand new and is a nice, inexpensive good quality product that beats any local off the shelf value.

I purchased this same model in 2001 and was quite familiar with its features. I was use to using this product daily for many food preparations and re heating foods and utilizing it as well to preheat our plates on top of the hot oven. I was quite dependent of this product and when my 2001 oven needed new heating elelments, I was disappointed to learn I would have to forfeit this appliance. A research on the internet led me to locate this oven and was pleased it was still available. Thank you for allowing me to continue using this familiar Delonghi product. I'm a satisfied customer.

I found the oven was a good buy. It was in excellent condition and has performed well since we received it.

AFTER THREE YEARS, THIS THING JUST MELTED LAST NIGHT. I WAS BAKING POTATOES AND SMOKE JUST CAME FROM THE CONTROL PANEL AND IT ALL MELTED. THIS WAS MY SECOND DELONGHI IN 5 YEARS AND I'M FINISHED WITH THIS BRAND.EACH TIME, THE HEATING ELEMENTS BECAME TWISTED AND COOKED UNEVENLY WITHIN A YEAR. MY FIRST ONE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 YEARS, SO I BOUGHT A CHEAPER DELONGHI TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DELONGHI OVEN. THEY'RE JUST NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
