After trying to convince my husband that our current vacuum was not picking up correctly, and after taking it apart to ensure there were no blockages, I finally bought a Dyson DC15 Rollerball and had it sitting in our bedroom with the older vacuum and asked him to vacuum with the old one first and then go over with the Dyson!!! After this small experiment, he was totally amazed at how much dirt and dust we were sleeping with, even with an air purifier in the room!!!

This is an incredible vacuum, easy to maneuver and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!! I just loaned mine to my neighbor and now she is going to get one after being "embarrassed" about her house!!!

The Dyson DC15 Vacuum is really quite amazing. Mine arrived in brand new condtion although the hard floor attachment had a little dust on the brushes like it had been used before. Still everything else looked brand new.

It snapped together into shape very fast and this machine was fairly easy to quickly understand how to use with the exception of one thing for me. Every time I put my foot on the white foot pedal initially I could not get the vacuum to unlock from it's base so I could tilt it lower to start vacuuming. I would press and press with my feet and often times could not get it to release. I sometimes felt is was pushing way too hard with my foot to release the base from the wheel base, then I realized I didn't need to press hard at all on the foot pedal, but just needed to look about 4 inches above the white foot pedal when trying to release which is actually a silver bracket like portion of machine which extends upwards from wheels on back of vacuum. All you have to do while pressing on white pedal with foot is look upwards from pedal at silver bracket popping out enough to lean machine back to vacuum.

I also love the fact that this has a detachable handle to vacumm by hand with various attachments for stairs and other tight spots. I do find the hose can feel a little stiff at times when moving it different directions, but overall I think this is just a great machine with great suction. I have a cat and this has made my life much easier and I was previously using an upright Eureka which was about 20 years old and this just totally blows that one away.

The cosmetics of the machine remind me of something futuristic kind of like a martian kind of design as another reviewer mentioned I believe.

This vacuum is awesome. I used a regular vacuum for years, not realizing what was being left in my carpet. I have vacuumed my den three times since getting my Dyson, and it is unbelieveable what I got out of a carpet that had been vacuumed regularly. I'm in awe at what this vacuum does. It was reburbished according to the price, but it was new when I got it. Unbelieveable price!! Unbelieveable cleaning with this vacuum!!! I'm more then pleased with my "refurbished" Dyson.

I purchased this vaccuum over two years ago refurbished. I haven't been disappointed. The attachments are accessable and easy to use, the suction is powerful and it's easy to push, pull and even lift. Also after purchasing this item I will never be afraid of buying refurbished again! It came in original packaging, and with full warranty. I highly recommend this vaccuum.

We have had our dyson 15 for almost two years now and it is perfect. It picks up so much from our carpets and hardwood floors. It is light weight, easy to manuver, and easy to use. It is so easy theat my nephews like to play with it when they come over. The best part that they are having fun and cleaning our home too.

The hardest part was opening the shipping carton, no kidding. The vacum parts fit together very well, it was easy.

It is true what the reviews say, it is shocking to see how much 'stuff' this machine pulls out of a regularly vacumed carpet. What collects in the bin is NOT carpet fibre.

It is quiet, very easy to manuver, FUN to use. Never thought vacuming would be fun.

Dust bin empties easily. NO bags.

I have dogs.....and NO MORE doggie odors blowing out of the vacum. Just fresh air!

I've had this vacum now for four months., our home smells fresher, I can breathe easier, and my carpets look fantastic.

This is the perfect vacum.
