Spin Duster: This item does NOT ship with a spin duster. On the side of the box was a sticker reading:
"Bonus items including SpinDuster(TM) are NOT included in factory refurbished models. To order, please call 1-800-282-2886" The replacement parts lists has the SpinDuster attachment kit for 29.99.

Turbo Nozzle: I can not find it in the box. Probably a "bonus item" Replacement list is $15

There were no extra filters to be found in the box. Replacement filter is $20.

Plus $5.50 S&H from Eureka, You're looking at 70 bucks to obtain the missing items.

Bottom line, buy this because you are OK with it missing half the "goodies"

Buy this refurbished vac if you donot want the accessories, just the basic VAC and the corner brush.

I bought a reconditioned model for only $50. I figured if it sucked (figuratively!) I didn't lose much money.

It does a fantastic job. It is self-propelled and I've found that this eases the back strain I experienced using my Hoover. It sucks, and I mean this in the best possible way.

It was easy to put together, and only a v. slight wear on the wheels gave you any clue it was previously used.

I will likely be buying another one to replace my Hoover. I highly recommend this model - for the price, it cannot be beat.

Very efficient shipping. Powerful cleaner. It can pick up every tiny thing on the carpet. I did not try it on the hard floor but I am sure it can work well everywhere.

GREAT Price - Good suction! THis thing picked up stuff I didn't realize was waiting to be ousted from my home! The only draw back is cleaning the filter thingy inside the bagless tank... Carpet fibers and all - pull it out - tap it on the back step or similar, put it back!

My one complaint - does not com with all attachments... But I likt it's lack of noise and ease of use!!!

I now have two new vacuums: a Dyson Ball for the first floor and a Eureka Bagless vacuum for the second floor. Even my husband will admit the purchases were necessary because, while we were without a vacuum, we had to resort to using our old Hoover bag vac. As powerful as our old Hoover is, it doesn't have a hepa filter and made my allergies act up.

Now, everyone's happy. I've got to say, the Eureka is a fine machine. It's bagless, has all of the hepa features, vacuums well, is being listed at an incredibly low price and has free shipping. I'm a happy camper--no more lugging a vacuum up the stairs and down.

We love this vaccum! It works really well, and shows all the disgusting, icky dirt that was collected... which, sadly, never seems to end! If only it would keep the dirt from coming back! ha ha

No, these do not come with the accessories, but they are good vacuums. I purchased a Eureka 5856 a year ago, which is virtually identical to these 5860's, except for the color (yellow instead of maroon). It is the best vacuum I have ever had. It is really good at picking up pet hair. After a year of use it performs like it was brand new.

These refurbished vacuums show signs that they have been used - on the wheels, and scratchs here and there, but they are cleaned up, the filters are new, the brush is spotless. You really can't go wrong, since they come with a one year warranty. Replacement filters for these vacuums are almost half the cost of this refurbished 5680.

You have to put the handle on, which is easily done by two phillips screws.

The vacuum comes with extension devices for getting into hard to reach places, and a replacement belt.
