An inexpensive introduction to the delights of rotisserie-roasted meats and poultry, this countertop device is large enough to spit-roast chicken, a small turkey, a leg of lamb, a rack of ribs, or several kabobs. Place the spit through the wire food basket that accompanies the rotisserie and it will rotate chicken wings, salmon steaks, or other foods through the roasting cycle. Meanwhile, place the enameled-steel steaming tray atop the rotisserie, cover with its plastic lid, and the rotisserie will steam vegetables or shrimp. Three settings of the spit permit normal rotation, no-heat rotation to keep juices distributed evenly until serving, and pause-to-sear so that meats can be browned. I bought this product and i think it does a great job of cooking chicken wings and pork loins. It does get hot quick and we use it a lot more than we thought we would. I found that with a steel wool pad you can clean it quick and the video tape was very helpful on how to use it properly. I purchased the rib rack optionaly and cant wait to use it also. I think for small meals for one or 2 people this is the way to go.

This is an awesome machine, and so easy to use and cleanup.
A few things to pay attention to though:
-It doesn't come with the kabob attachments which I thought it would have as seen in the infomercial.
-It is also the smaller model and does not old a decent sized chicken.
-As a tip, wrap the bottom trays in aluminum foil to make cleanup a breeze.

I am still not disappointed and very happy with it. I usually only cook for one or two people, and this machine is perfect for that. If you're looking to cook whole chickens or turkeys, go with the bigger model which is definitly going to be worth the price due to the fabulous dinners you will get from it. I've cooked steak to chicken to burgers, and they all came out so juicy and tender. It was like it was right off the bbq only juicier.
Mine was reconditioned, and it was like new taking it out of the box. Only upon careful inspection could you see it had been used. But it works great, and I can't wait to keep trying new things in it!!

This product, while sounding great , has been a big disappointment to me. The one & only time I used it there was a great deal of smoking from the unit---so much so that I stopped cooking the turkey in it & put it in the oven. I do not feel that it is as safe as I would like something like this to be.
