Two years of owning one of these has proven its worth. Replacing my bulky old PW was not something I looked forward to doing. On a whim I bought this little dynamo. Pressure washing has never been easier. Electric on and off switch works automatically once you turn on the main power. Carrying it from place to place is a breeze even when everything is hooked up. The selection of nozzles meets my various needs. They are easy to attach too.

Here is the best part. When loaning this to friends, they always return it with the same comment, "Wow, this little thing works great!" To me, that is the best review you can get.

For an electric pressure washer the performance is very good. With the dirt blaster attachment you actually have to be careful or you'll cut what you're trying to clean.

One very good feature is that the motor turns itself off when you let go of the on/off grip so the motor should last longer.

The only negative, so far, is that it is very poorly balanced, on anything but a flat surface you can bet that it will dump over at the slightest tug.

I was at first hesitant to buy a Karcher brand power washer at all because my last one petered-out with a bad pump. Looking back, I probably got my money's worth out of it. When I saw a reconditioned Karcher offered on Amazon I decided that the savings made it worthwhile as long as I could get my deck done. So I had to complete the job in under 30 days, the warranty time on the reconditioned model I bought. I saved almost $2000 by using this Karcher and cleaning & staining my large deck by myself. I used the washer for hours each day for three consecutive days. I will consider any further use of the washer to be "extra gravy". RAS.

Did a great job. Cleaned 15x30 deck, concrete patio around pool, sidewalk, driveway and house. The only thing it didn't do is remove the gallon of stain I spilled. The gun part became defective and was replaced by the company.

A big caution on this factory-reconditioned Karcher model.
There is absolutely NO warranty on this model.
You will notice that there is nothing written here about the warranty. Why?
They don't want us to know about it, and that is very sneaky and unfair.
I had to call their customer service at 800-714-0918 to get the warranty information.
There is only a 30-day return policy. That is it.
So if it stops working after only 5 weeks, tough luck.
I will never buy anything with such poor warranty conditions.

I bought mine in April 2010 (after ignoring the negative reviews :) and it worked great for 15 months! Then, without warning, last week as I was using it I lost pressure, 'the pump sound' changed drastically and water began spewing out the bottom of the washer (near where the electric cord enters). I opened it up and sure enough the pump is shot and I have to replace the washer. I doubt I'll own another Karcher, although I did get good service for 15 mos (my cost is about $8.00 a month).

The first one I received had a broken dial, when I called the customer service staff was extremely helpful. I had a new one (in perfect working order) a week later. It works for everything. Would definitely order from them again.

This device does shoot high pressure water; however, the mark of a great product is well thought out functionality and in this regard the product is a failure. The hose connection is ill placed such that you cannot get your fingers around the hose connector to tighten the connection. Furthermore, the hose connector is a poor quality plastic connector resulting in a high propensity for unintended detachment. Relatively slight loading of the hose results in separation. I would not buy this product again.

This Karcher power washer was great while it lasted - however the water connection is beyond cheap and I presume the internal connections are no better because after 6 months the unit started t leak internally and water would spray out of where the power cord attaches to the unit (not good in my opinion). After calling Karcher CPO they reveal they won't do anything after 30 days - no warranty after 30 days. I should have listened to the other reviewers - its a boat anchor now and I am out $120.00. Dont make the same mistake I made.

received my katcher as promised but after opening the packaged it looked like it was put together by a 10 year old the on/off switch was broken and it sounded like a piggy bank with a bunch a screws rattling on the inside. Called the company explained the problem and they sent a replacement. It was received in 3 days. The replacement works great. I had owned a smaller katcher before and this one works even better. Gave it only 4 stars because of the problem I had with the first one they sent.
