make sure you see if the product is new or newly referbished, if its newly refurbished there can be scratches on it and the company burns an r into the product. they do hassle free returns so thats nice, although you have to pay for it. other than that i was satisfied

I've enjoyed my own set so much that when my father complained that his old Craftsman 14v drill was too heavy to work with, I bought this set for him. On the first day he called and told me he'd been working on a house checking electrical boxes for proper connections. You know those long screws that hold the switch into the box? Well he'd been doing them all day and the light weight and long battery life had not failed him. He was thrilled.

Beware if you are going to buy a RECONDITIONED kit from CPO OUTLET. I just bought one and these tools are USED Reconditioned! NOT NEW RECONDITIONED. They come with the case all scratched up, and my drill has caulk or something smeared all over the trigger and body of the drill. Also I just saw a new 3 piece combo with flashlight on AMAZON for 10 dollars more. Drill and Impact gun seem to work o k though. Its your choice!! Have a good one!--Shane from Austin Texas
