This monster pretty much lives under one of my router tables. I've never fed it anything that bogged it down including running lumber past big panel raising bits. I have an extra base, so when I want to use it hand held I just pop it out of the router table and drop it into the other base. I use it a lot for edge jointing rough lumber, hand held. The soft start and abundance of power, makes hand held use both safe and easy. As expected, it a heavy router so I only use it in flat and level applications.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is the lack of dust collection.
