I have had this drill for over 4 years and I have used it hard ( construction ) with no problems. The batteries are just now starting to go bad. So I have been looking for new batteries. But for the price of 2 batteries I can get a new drill .So that's what I am going to do. Then I will have 2 drills GREAT TOOL !!!
