Factory-reconditioned Ryobi ZRP841 18-volt super combo with Torque IV drill. If there's anything better than a new tool, it's four new tools. This handy combination of a drill, two saws, and a flashlight gives you everything you need to get the job done efficiently then clean up afterward. The drill is comfortable to hold and features a 1/2-inch single-sleeve keyless chuck and a Mag Tray magnetic holder for screws and bits. The circular saw has a 5-1/2-inch carbide-tipped blade. The 0-3,000 spm reciprocating saw ensures accurate starts and smooth cutting to produce professional results. Each piece is hand-held for versatile use in limited spaces. The product came within just a couple of days. A couple of the items were a little skinned up. This normally would not be a big deal, but it was a Christmas gift and I couldn't give it in that condition. So I called and they promptly sent me another set that arrived the next day. They were in better condition. I sent the other set back. The set comes with a one year warranty so that is great. I was very pleased with the customer service and the final product I received. Thanks!!!!

I ordered a set for a medium sized job. Upon arrival the flashlight switch stuck closed and was unable to turn it off and it appeared the flashlight had not been touched as far as "recon" goes as the clear cover lens and the reflector were definitely in a used condition.
I contacted customer service hoping to have the flashlight replaced, but no, had to return the whole set.
After receiving the replacement set, 1 battery held like a 50% charge and the other about a 90% charged compared to the original set I had received, and yes I tried discharging the batteries complete via the flashlight (leaving on until out) but it made no difference.
I contacted customer service for a refund, which is now pending until CPO receives old set.
Let me say however, I find the customer service to be excellent, but they have thier work cut out for them with product. I have since bought a new 4 pc set (diff brand), brand new, with a 3 yr factory warranty for only $30-40 more.

Great tool set for the price. Battery life a bit short, but two batteries have gotten my through all jobs to date.
