The product came within just a couple of days. A couple of the items were a little skinned up. This normally would not be a big deal, but it was a Christmas gift and I couldn't give it in that condition. So I called and they promptly sent me another set that arrived the next day. They were in better condition. I sent the other set back. The set comes with a one year warranty so that is great. I was very pleased with the customer service and the final product I received. Thanks!!!!

I ordered a set for a medium sized job. Upon arrival the flashlight switch stuck closed and was unable to turn it off and it appeared the flashlight had not been touched as far as "recon" goes as the clear cover lens and the reflector were definitely in a used condition.
I contacted customer service hoping to have the flashlight replaced, but no, had to return the whole set.
After receiving the replacement set, 1 battery held like a 50% charge and the other about a 90% charged compared to the original set I had received, and yes I tried discharging the batteries complete via the flashlight (leaving on until out) but it made no difference.
I contacted customer service for a refund, which is now pending until CPO receives old set.
Let me say however, I find the customer service to be excellent, but they have thier work cut out for them with product. I have since bought a new 4 pc set (diff brand), brand new, with a 3 yr factory warranty for only $30-40 more.

Great tool set for the price. Battery life a bit short, but two batteries have gotten my through all jobs to date.

All of the tools arrived just fine, but they are noticeably used...but the price on the reconditioned was what got me to buy them, so I don't mind the wear and tear. I've done a few small projects with them, and can see other uses. Great tools for a good price.

The drill and flashlight are fine, but the saw is extreemly poor. It requires a full battery charge and wears down the battery pronto. It is virtually useless. I wouldn't recommend the saw to anyone, even a DIY.

I use these all the time and they hold up great. The battery life is low, but it comes with two batteries so keep one charged.

It had some scuffs but that was to be expected. Make no mistake these are used tools.

Can't beat the pricing on this combo. All items were in excellent condition and I tested the two batteries and they were fully functional.

My package got lost because of Fedex's mistake. I called CPO and their customer representative is very helpful. After investigation, CPO sent me another package. For the product itself, it functions well although the outlook might look dirty. Overall, I think this is a great deal.
