"Facts About The Presidents" is an 816-page compendium of superbly researched, organized and presented information covering everything from presidential vetos to presidential salaries, making it an invaluable reference for students as well as an engaging browse for non-specialist general readers with an interest in those who have held the office and responsibility of presiding over the nation from its founding to the present day.

I've enjoyed Joseph Nathan Kane's resource "Facts about the Presidents" since Reagan was in office. This book is brimming with information about each President's family, Congress, administration officials, and just about anything else you might want to know about them. As I recall, the first half deals with each president individually, and the second half features many comparisons of all the presidents together in list form.

I was delighted to see it in Kindle form; however, I neglected to look closely before I purchased what I thought was going to be the whole thing! Apparently, as of 01/27/2011, $7.99 buys you only the information on *one* President w/ none of the comparative data that is included in the print edition. This might be a good option if you own previous editions; for me, however, it was a comparative waste of money! Please don't make the same silly mistake that I did...
