For all Shirley Ceasar fans - old and new, this CD has some of her best work including Faded Rose and People Get Ready. This CD brought tears to my eyes as it reminded me of loved ones passed. A 'must have' for your gospel music collection!

Faded rose is special to me because it touched my mother so she asked me for it and I went out there and bought all of Shirley CaeserCDs' that said the song was included to find that it was not the full song just instrumental part of it. After listening to it I bought one for myself and others.

I ordered this cd just for the song "God specializes" which was suppose to be on track #7, but was not on the cd at all!!! I was very disappointed, because I also sent one to my cousin as a present and this is her favorite song!!! She did like some of the other songs, so I decided to just keep them.

This CD is one of Shirley Caesar's best. I absolutly love the song Faded Rose. Her voice just calms my nerves and helps to let go of whatever bad thing is happening to me.

Her best work on this album is people get ready, faded rose, waiting on the promise of jesus, even thw whole record is her best work! I have this album it came in my mail on saturday 2-8-03. If you don't have it, you better go get it.
