Soul Decision: This Goes For The Soul,
By "babycupid" (Sydney, Australia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
Just another boyband? Well, wait until you hear their first song, 'Faded'. Sooner or later you will like their songs.Taken from their first album, No One Does It Better, 'Faded' is just one of the funky-beat songs that comes out from their own 'blender-music' machine. When you start listening to 'Faded', you will experience not just one sense of music, but two and even more. Pop, alternative, from 5ive to Queen, seems like you are out of this world. Well, let me describe 'Faded'. When you first turn on this song, you'll think you are listening to Queen . Few seconds after that, you seem to think that this is George Michael's songs. Then you think you are listening to some new boybands like L.F.O. Couple of seconds later, you seem like listening to some rap music. And by the time it goes to the end to the song, you'd already in front of your browser ready to buy their cds! Well, as far as I can remember, there is no band that can mix these sorts of music genres into one. I think they're gonna be the first to fill out the history for blending music!

A TASTE OF BOBBY BROWN, A DASH OF WHAM! AND YOU HAVE A HIT!,
By
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
I started hearing Soul Decisions single "Faded" last week on the radio. This song is refreshing to say the least. It has the vocals, the hooks, the beats,...you name it, this song has it! "Faded" gives pop music its name back. Though it is very R&B infected, it reminds me a little of Wham! with a pop infectious edge, and a hint of George Michaels vocal style. A great song! If the album is anything like their first single-this band is on the way to becoming BIG...VERY BIG.

Can we say Sexy?,

This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
If I could only use one word to describe this song and these guys it would have to be: sexy. The song is hot, sexy and fresh. This is one song you won't be able to turn off. I think I listened to it about ten times after I first bought it. Definitely worth the money!

Best New Group Out There,
By A Customer
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
Soul Decision is by far, one of the best new groups out there. They are definatly not "just another boy band". When you first hear this song, you may think it's an old George Michael hit that's just been found. But no, it's something more. I think Soul Decision is definatly the next big thing.

This single is a MUST!,

After hearing this song on the radio then again a few times on Channel [V] (and Australian music TV channel) so I went out and picked up the CD single (which in Australia is about $...US)...To put it simply, I LOVE THIS SONG. It has a great beat and a catchy chorus, I have it playing in my car over and over again. This appears to be the version that is for sale here in Australia [as with most of the imported singles at ...]. I personally find the Album version of the song (found on the version of the single on ...) better than the Radio version, but I guess it's just personal taste. People, it's a catchy song with a great & happy beat, there's no reason not to get it - it's worth the slightly inflated price tag!

Soul Decision Keeps You Moving!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
I went out and bought their entire CD yesterday and it's well worth the money! For those of us who are sick and tired of hearing about the Backstreet Boys and all of those other mindless teen groups, it's our turn now and what a refreshing change it is to see a fresh, new group come into being! I think these guys are going to be hot and I think the "older" crowd will really enjoy them, as I already do! "Faded" is a sexy, new, upbeat song that you won't be able to stop listening to! Keep up the great work, guys! Thank you for bringing something unique and exciting into the music scene!

One of the BEST sensual versed songs. The beat is so intensively moving to the body. No matter what mood you are in before the song, you will certainly be revitalized in many ways during and after listeing to it!

Life-Changing,
By A Customer
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
This song is MONEY! It's like a stray floater that BEGS to be cashed! Yeah it is! There has been some confusion about the opening lyric. For the record, the lyric is not, "I'm going to move in nice and close," it's "I'm going to take off all your clothes." Much better. My favorite lyric is, "At the end of the night/ When I make up your mind/ You'll be coming on home with me." I find this line deeply inspirational and moving. It means so much to me. Thank you, Soul Decision

Talent and pretty faces too!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
Soul Decision is quite the refreshing surprise band of the year. I saw them on Aug. 23rd in Cleveland Ohio opening for Christina Aguillera and they were unbelievably good! They did it all without the "flash" and "commerciality" of today's boy bands. How refreshing to see a true band who writes and performs there own music get up on stage and show pure talent. Even with their simplicity, they put all the other big show Vegas style boy bands to shame. This is a CD worth investing in!

By far their best song,
By "paradise_found" (Musicland, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Faded (Audio CD)
I think SoulDecision's "Faded" is a really good song, but to me the album version is about thirty times better than the radio version. That's really sad because you want to entice the audience to head out and buy your CD, and the radio version just does not do the song justice. Trevor has the most amazing voice of any boy band member and I'm fairly impressed with their stuff. I used to hate, loathe and dispise these guys, I called them everything from losers to jerks to no-talents, but after hearing what they could do with "Oooh It's Kinda Crazy," I think they deserve all the support they've been getting, but they need to tone it down a bit, I just hope that the next single is either a love ballad or "Stay."-- Don't forget to check out their debut CD "No One Does It Better," it's really good...
